- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Analyze member inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Assist members with information, pricing, and support - Perform accurate data entry and maintain member records in the database - Communicate effectively with members to ensure their needs are met - Handle and resolve member complaints or issues in a professional manner - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and follow up with potential members
Qualifications:
